Fight NIght Champion Backards Compatiable for Xbox One

I have a serious issue. A couple of days ago I went to fight online for fight night champion . I use the XboxOne and the backwards compatible game. When I enter the multiplayer mode, there was a tuner available for download. I downloaded and everything
go wacky after that. When I went into OWC none of my fighters were there for light, heavy, and middle weight divisions. I backed out and went to boxer load file and they were all gone. So I was furious. After several minutes of cussing the game out I decided
to fight head to head online. This is were things got worse. Every time my fighter starts the fight I get that annoying "Waiting for User" and it only happens when I move. If i don't touch the joystick my opponent can come over and hit me and eventually
he makes the game freeze with the "waiting for user". I've done all the troubleshooting: hard reset, delete storage, remove gamer tag,and eventually I called Microsoft. They tried all the troubleshooting to no avail. The technician at xbox instructed me
to call EA sports b/c the game must be corrupted. I troubleshooted with them off and on for additional 24 hours off and on Eventually, when they weren't able to help me they said it was a xbox backwards compatible game and they are responsible for those games
that xbox would have to help me. They said they would close my ticket because there nothing they could do. By the way I spoke to 7 ea sports customer service folks and 6 of them were the rudest and nastiest humans and customer reps I've ever dealt with.
They would yell at me and just hang up the phone. I have emailed correspondence of the chat help that ended in a huge argument. It escalated to where I had to talk to a hot shot manger and he was worse than them. But, today I tried to play and everything
was up and running fine. But later in the day when I tried to create fighters and take them to OWC the annoying message and game freezing occurred. This is very frustrating because nobody will help me. EA says its Microsoft responsibility because they didn't
develop the backwards compatible digital game and Microsoft says they can't help me because its a EA server issues. So what am I to do. Somebody in this community give me the solution to this problem. Back in the day when there were issues Xbox or EA sports
just resolved them nowadays they don't give a hoot and just shoulder the blame to others. This is the worse customer care practice ever and who knows might be company's protocol. We as consumers should be give resolutions. I'm 47 years old and have bought
and used thousands of dollars of their inventory and only ask for a solution. But this day in age I guess we as consumers have to piss poor quality and the companies continue to make stock holders and the powers to be happy. download link below to see

I remember trying to play that game online when it first came out, every single player i met just spammed the straight over and over, as it lost no stamina and you couldn`t hit them back.

If you did manage to find a way round it they just quit out of the game.

I don`t think i ever finished one match, the ufc games got that way too.

There is a chance you are being booted from games if you are winning, but they can`t hack your account.

Once a game gets older and all the money has been made on it, the developers lose all interest in it and will never fix it.

Day 4 game still doesn't work. This is ridiculous.

 

What exactly is this in regards to for problems?

 

I'm unable to fight online or use the boxer share. I've never had this issue before only after the Tuner Down load that was available on Thursday night. Since then I'm unable to fight online unless I remove gamer tag, hard reset my xbox one, uninstall
the game and reinstall the game. Then when I go back to xboxlive to fight online Then after a few fights the issue restarts and then I have to go back thru the rebooting and all that stuff. This is the only way I can fight online. I've never seen this
issue before in all my gaming thru the years. IT is time consuming and a big problem I just want it fixed so I can have the same game experience I did before Last Thursday night. BTW the game works great on single player mode, champion mode, legacy mode,
and when my son and I fight head to head from off line no issues.

Oops just quit working again.

 

So like the past 4 days I've been playing around with this game again and I've learned some stuff.

1. I uninstalled fight night for the 100th time.

2. I removed my gamer tag

3. Then I did a hard reboot on my XboxOne.

4. After 1 hour, I restarted my XboxOne.

5. I recovered my gamer tag.

6. I reinstalled the fight night Champion.

I've done this 100 times. This is the only way I can get the game to play online. Initially after the game boots up, there will be a Tuner Set download. I click on it and it says you have downloaded successfully. I can goto Live and play head to head
matches with no issues. I can't play OWC b/c I don't have any created boxers because they were all deleted 4 nights ago. So, I goto boxer Share option to download or create a fighter then I get a message that says that I have to be a lead in my profile.
This is when everything messes up. Like a 1000 times in the past you goto profile activate and become the lead no issues. Currently, when I activate the lead something happens in the game because when I goto head to head to fight online that "waiting for
user" comes onto the screen and you can 't fight your opponent and basically have to quit the match and get a loss.

 

I never found the game developer forums. However, EA sports said they would fwd the bug issue over to there group. But, they said they wouldn't notify me if it is fixed or not. But I appreciate your feedback I was going to give up and let them win.
