Fifteen Dollars lost, don't have my Map Pack.

Same here i bought ascention, moon, der reise pack in 2011, i deleted them for space then i bought another hard drive when i tried to redownload maps they asking for monery and transaction is not in download history, i contacted microsoft and they just say
it should be ther if you bought it, i wanted to play a nostalgic game of bo1 now all i can do is look at my gamertag in the leaderboards of maps i can no longer get or play, think i wont be gettin xbox one at this rate if transactions can just dissappear like
that now i spent 30 pounds for content i cant use or get back

I don't remember exactly the error code but it started with 801 and error occurred. I will try to contact Phone Support as soon as I can but I will try what Xbox Support said to me on Twitter as well.

I looked over the error codes and I limited to the ones I think it was.

I can't pinpoint the exact one since they are all similar.

(My payment option did work, it was paid through my Microsoft Account)
