    i bought fiffa 2014 online so i could play with my son who is in uk

    i played a random on line game yesterday no problem my son bought game but he tries to join game invite and keeps booting him out either saying i have left game or game no longer available

    sometimes it say game loading then just ends saying game no longer available or unable to join

    i cant get online in fiffa think i have been blocked but dont no why

    in career mode i can only play one game and when i press a to advance it always kicks me to xbox home screen i can play only limited online games and have done the clear pesistent storage and hold on/off button for 5-10 secs ,uninstalled and installed again
    ,been told i had a problem with internet the ping or sumat but internet provider said nothing wrong with it ive even changed disc and put a new one in and still same

    note this is two game purchased for no reason at all if it won't work

    call of duty works fine with us playing together so its not our connections its something to do with fiffa game and feel let down no wonder you guys have it on sale if it doesn't work

    service alert
    for FIFA 19 that is affecting several consoles. You can try
    power cycling     your console by holding down the power button on the console for ten seconds. We suggest keeping an eye on the service alert to find out when the issue will be resolved. Be sure to let us know the results!
