hallo,

ich habe über mein Amazonkonto fifapoints gekauft und diese dann direkt übers Handy beim Microsoftkonto eingelöst. Nach mittlerweile 30 minuten sind die fifapoints noch immer nicht am auf der xbox zu sehen. Bitte um Hilfe!

Hi

Sorry you are having issues. I would recommend trying to remove
and re-add your account.

Side Note: It is very important to make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing it from the console.

To check the email being used with the gamertag, go to Settings > Account > sign-in, security & passkey;in middle column at the top it will say "show on home"
if it is checked it will rotate from gamertag and email on homepage. If it is not check marked, it will show in this box.

I cleared the cache of the console but it didn't work. this evening i will try with a new profile (actually i have only one profile, i must create another one), but i have a question: if with my new profile fifa15 will work rightly, will i lose every fifapoint
and every player that i bought on fut?
