    Fifa23 Ultimate Edition purchased on pre order not showing up in Microsoft Store


    I purchased Fifa23 on pre order months ago. Transactions show up in my account as all paid. However, all editions indicate I have to buy again rather giving option to install in the Store and no Ultimate add on content. I am using the same account I used to purchase. Help! please.

    I can install the EA 3 day early access base version only. All the Fifa23 versions state "Buy". I am trying to see if XBox support can help but after 1.5 hours with them they are still looking into it.
