First, kindly sign in to your account at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and make sure that your transaction for FIFA 23 is showing as "Completed". If it's showing as "Completed", please make sure that you are signed in to the correct account that has the game on your console.

If you're on the correct account, try this on your console;

Go to My Games and apps

Select Full Library

Select All Owned Games

On the next page, click on "All Games"

Then on the drop-down options, select the Ready to Install Tab

Kindly check if you can find the game here for installation

But FIFA23 is on PC Xbox App

It could be a number of reasons. Firstly, could you tell us what hardware you have:

- Is it a laptop or a desktop?

- what hardware does it contain, specifically: CPU, RAM, GPU (and power supply if a desktop)

- Are the graphics only bad on FIFA23 or is it the same with other games?
