    I bought and am downloading the EA Sports Fifa20 and its says ready to start. When I try it says I need a license and must go to the Microsoft store. Anyone have any ideas?

    Hi Charlie,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We recommend waiting until the game is completely installed. The error may be coming up due to the game not completely installed. Also make sure you are logged in on the profile that purchased the game. As you get early access
    the game most likely will need to be fully installed.
