Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get your game back up. I can totally understand how that could be disheartening. I read that you had already tried the regular troubleshooting options so far, but can you outline what you
did exactly?

If you haven't already, I suggest removing your account and redownloading it as outlined in How to add or remove a Microsoft
account on Xbox One when you get the chance.

With a little more info we can get to the bottom of this issue, I'm confident that we can get to the bottom of this.

unfortunately it released only on Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.

Also try this:

Try Settings. Select All settings. Select System and then select Storage. Select Clear local Xbox 360 storage. Select Yes and restart the console. (This will not affect your cloud saved games or Xbox One games and profiles.)

I would try to delete the profil from your Xbox (as long as you have all the data needed to redownload it again). After that perform a power cycle. To do that press the power button on the console until your Xbox turns off. Unplug the power cord for at least
one minute and put it back in. Then restart your Xbox and redownload your Profile.
