Fifa17 standard version bonus fut tokens

my son purchased fifa17 as part of a bundle with a new Xbox one. All we received was a piece of card with a 25 digit code to redeem and download the game. He is yet to receive the code to redeem access to the weekly bonus fut codes for 5 weeks. It is only
6 days until the cut off date to redeem these codes so would appreciate this being sorted asap, he is only 11 and spent all of his birthday money and savings on this purchase. I have spoken with Microsoft who referred me to ea then after an hour dealing with
them told it's out of their hands do speak to microsoft. After contacting the chat help again I was referred here so getting immensely frustrated. It really shouldn't be this difficult

FIFA 17 Bundle Issue

Yesterday I purchased

EA SPORTS™ FIFA 17 Standard Edition
I was already playing the early access version, and tonight I loaded up FIFA 17 and it came on but only with part of the bundle. I got the 8 player loan and 1 FUT draft token oddly, but I didn't get the other 4 tokens or the special addition kit either?

The pack should have 5 FUT Draft Tokens - and the special addition kit.

Please can you help.

I pre-ordered the FIFA 17 Standard Edition from the XBOX store and I have not received my codes for the 5 FUT Draft tokens. Can someone please help me?

Where did you purchase your Xbox One console bundle? Per the EA Support page on

what is included in your FIFA 17 edition, the code should have been provided by the retailer. If you did not get the code, you'll want to go back and speak with them as we are unable to provide replacement codes.

I'm really starting to feel like a broken record with this, they Microsoft person I spoke with yesterday said you would be able to sort this no problem. We purchased a bundle, the game came with it but it is not a disc only a piece of cardboard with a code
on it to download the game, that is all that was in the packet. I am not looking for a replacement code, there never was one in the first place. We were initially told Microsoft would be emailing them after the games official release but it never happened

 

Hey there, to clarify. The codes are not always included in the box. It depends on the retailer and how they handle the promotion. Sometimes these are printed on the receipt, have you been able to check that to ensure the code was not printed on it?

If the code was redeemed and the packs were not in the game, you'd need to speak with EA Support as they are able to assist with in game redemption issues. Also, you'll want to ensure that you're signed into the account that redeemed the code. The packs
will only appear on that account.

Please ensure you're logged into the account that redeemed the code.

YES I've spoken to ea as I stated in my first post, for over an hour. They say they can't help as it's a Microsoft issue, hence why I'm here

YES I'm signed in on the right account

You would seriously think I was trying to get gold dust, all I want to do is get the code for my 11 year olds game. I have spoken with absolutely everyone and all everyone does is pass the responsibility to the other company

To clarify, since the issue is that you never received a code to begin with, you need to speak with the retailer as we're not able to generate a code for this. We can retrieve a code that's already been issued to you digitally to your message center if it
was deleted, however we're not able to provide a code in this fashion.

Sorry for any confusion, but you'll need to speak with the retailer to obtain a code if you're eligible. EA's only going to be able to assist if a code was redeemed and packs are not showing on the account. This was also a pre-order bonus, so another reason
you might not have received a code is if the console or game was not pre-ordered. This page

The retailer says they weren't given any codes for the download versions as they were told it was Microsoft who would send them out. They only received ones with the cases that have actual cds and are unwilling to give those out as then the packaged game
will be missing it

Unfortunately, that's not something Microsoft has sent out codes for. Microsoft has only sent out codes for EA Access which was another Pre-Order bonus. It sounds like there was some confusion with the retailer and you might wish to speak with the retailer's
customer service department, as opposed to going in the store to see if they might have additional information about the promotion.

Truly wish we could assist with this, but we just don't have the ability to do so.

 

So he is unable to get the codes? Considering I explained all this to every person I've spoken to it would have been nice if someone had just said this and saved me a huge amount of time!!
