FIFA17 download code -Help please!

Hello, we bought the new Xbox one S with fifa17 code to redeem on Saturday.

We have redeemed the code successfully however we do not have an option to download it!

We have contacted Xbox support on numerous occasions since Saturday and they have told us all sorts of reasons why it isn't working including 'our top engineers are working on it' to 'it has been redeemed somewhere so there is nothing we can do'.

We have also contacted EA who are not offering any help either.

Has this happened to anyone else as it seems ridiculous that we have redeemed it to our account yet it is not there! Xbox support couldnt see it on either of our gamer tags last night either although the image was there on the apps screen on saturday.

We would appreciate any thoughts or suggestions as we have 3 very disappointed boys!

If if we could take the Xbox back and switch it for a PS4, we would!!

fifa17 bundle code re-use

When i bought this xbox one, there comes Fifa17 bundle whit it.

i download fifa17 from store and setup it. Works fine.

While ago my xbox is very mess-up.

So i reset it. Delete all profile and create the new one.

Still saving all the games/apps.

But when i try to play fifa17, it won't work. Asking if i own the game or not?

So i delete fifa17 and try to install it again with bundle code that i get when i buy xbox, but it says code has already use.

how i can install fifa17 again?

 

That is very unfortunate. You may have to re-access you license.

Starting from the dashboard:

* Navigate to My games and apps.

* Under the Games section, highlight the game

* Press the MENU button and select Manage game.

* Highlight an item (game part or the game itself) and press the A button.

* When a new window opens, select Install.

The only other option is to delete it. Look in your ready to install section of the Games & Apps and re-install.

I'm currently having a similar issue with Destiny so you are not alone.

just to be sure, did you redeem the code via the console or via xbox.com?

Be sure to use the account used to redeem the code and check if the game is showing in the Ready To Install section in the My Games & Apps section.

Also be sure to check that the code used was for the full game and not an additional item, in some cases there are multiple codes on the leaflet.

Hi, we downloaded via our console. We have checked both accounts that were in use at that time and the game is nowhere. Nope, not under the 'ready to install section'

It is definitely the full game.

When we try to redeem the code again, it says that the code has already been redeemed.

Pleas help!!

 

I have the same problem as you. And I tried everything posible. I talked to support 10x, also with EA support 2x. They says that code is redeemed but they cant see license on my account. EA gave code for some add ons but that one is not for full game.
If someone have idea how to solve this, please help.

 

Hi, we ended up having to return the entire Xbox bundle (we bought the Xbox one S that came with the Fifa code) to the shop we bought it from.. Xbox support were hopeless and we ended up getting them to send us an email telling us that we needed to return
the bundle for an exchange. We took that to the retailer and they very kindly accepted this and exchanged the lot. Fifa now works

How is possible that xbox support is so useless? I hoped that Microsoft have better support team over Sony and thats why i have choosed Xbox One S over Ps4, but they are totaly useless. Can you guys belive that one agent thinked that I have a problem with
a game called (yes, thats my GamerTag). How to expect from them to solve something complex like is missing game or similar. I have no words for them.

 

Same issue here. My 65 year old mother bought the one s did the grandkids to use and the code states it has already been redeemed. Xbox support (if you can call it that) were zero help. One of the biggest tech companies in the world and they ask you to
send a letter to make a complaint..... Absolute joke.

Wonder if Sony are this bad?

 

Mine was not redeemed. I normaly redeemed a code, but after that nothing happened. They sad that they cant help me. How is that posible for something that i paid (and you also) to not work. For exemple, Fifa 17 cost me 60+ bucks if I want to buy again. I
odnt belive that Sony support can be worst then this. Suing them is only choice I have.
