    FIFA15 - X and Y buttons do not work


    I have this situation while playing FIFA 15 on Xbox 360:

    1. One player game - the buttons X and Y do not work;

    2. Two player game - for first player the buttons X and Y do not work while for the second player those buttons work very well.

    Does anyone have any idea what happens? or Why? Help us, please!

    Xbox One Elite Controller Action Button Problem

    I Was Playing Online And Suddenly Various Action Buttons Started To Stop Working. Currently The A,X,Y,B Buttons Do Not Respond At All. The Controller Is Fully Connected And All Other Buttons Work. I Have Restarted And Reset Console As Well As Re Syncing

    FIFA15 - X and Y buttons do not work

    This is probably an issue on the developers side, as far as I know there's no way to fix it.

    Try contacting Electronic Arts.

    For screenshots, I do Home Button + Y, for Video Captures I do Home Button + X. I've tried double tapping the guide button, but it will not work, no matter how long or short I select.

    Hey there GreenDragon080.

    It sounds like your son's Xbox One hasn't received the update if they see the option to press Y or X for Game DVR. With the new update, press the Xbox button once and then press the menu button to bring up the Game DVR app. All Game DVR abilities are now done
    through there. Let us know if you have any other questions with that.

    There are different codes to insert at the system info page to reset your console to factory setting, depending on your console it may or not may work.
