FIFA15 stuck on "installing" (Digital copy)

As I said before, my X One is part of the FIFA15 bundle, I have redeemed the code. Every time I try to download the game (having tried crash booting and un-installing) it goes to "installing" with no percentage. I left it running this morning, but when I
switched it on again this evening it read "installation stopped".

Is this an issue with my internet, Microsoft, or EA's servers? I'm getting annoyed as FIFA15 was one of the games I bought the console for. I wonder if I would be within my consumer rights to request a disc from EA?

Downloading fifa 15

Bought a new xbox one with fifa15 today. Fifa15 has been installing for 3 hours and is only at 17%...............surely that's not right????

 

Watchdogs update froze at 100%

Bought a brand new Xbox One yesterday, but out of the three games I've tried to install - only Forza 5 has worked. I bought the FIFA15 bundle so FIFA15 is supposed to be digitally available (major issues installing it - doesn't seem to even give a percentage
value, just says "installing".

Watchdogs however seemed to install okay, but then requested an update. It got to 100% and then completely froze. Nothing I tried seemed to work, so I've had to uninstall the lot. And now it seems to be stuck at "installing" or "queued".

Has anyone had similar issues, and is there a fix please?

Sorry to hear about the installation issue, are you able to continue the installation when it says "installation stopped"? To do that, you will need to open Games & Apps and press the Menu button on your Xbox One controller while FIFA 15 is highlighted.
I want to see if it will let you continue the installation, despite it saying the installation stopped.

If that does not work, try Uninstalling and Reinstalling FIFA 15 again. Before you reinstall, do a power cycle. To power cycle, follow the steps below:

• Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds.
• When the console powers off, unplug the power cable from the Xbox One console and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  
• Plug everything back in and power on the Xbox One.
• Reinstall FIFA 15 and verify if the issue is solved.

Thanks Mister Beep. Yeah I can keep restarting the installation. (Currently at 50%) It's incredibly frustrating. I am considering contacting EA to see if they can send me a disk.

 

Issue is resolved, game is finally fully downloaded.
