Discus and support FIFA15, purchased FIFA points but didn't received anything in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; The purchased is completed (checked with the bank), but couldn't received anything at all.     The purchased is completed (checked with the bank), but couldn't received anything at all. Please help!

    hi I purchased Fifa points yesterday the first transaction I didn't get no points so I purchased again and I received points. I looked on my bank account and noticed I have been charged twice but have only received one lot of FIFA points

    Xbox Live Status shows Purchase and Content Usage as
    Limited.

    Affected services:

    • Buying downloadable items
    • Downloading items that you have already purchased
    • Paying for downloadable items with a credit card
