FIFA15 prepaid from Xbox One Day One Bundle not working. Only takes me to the store.

@qunzil I checked my region it is set to india even the timezone is correct but fifa 15 not downloading, day one achivement not unlocking( unable to use code again) but dance cental works fine.Please help us rectify this we waited a year for xbox one and
so far not impressed .

 

I'm having the same issues and none of the above is working for me, quite frustrating to be honest, considering I've paid to get the game on release day

Hi I have setup the box today and used all the bundled codes for Day One, Fifa 15 and Dance Central. I have tried everything (including checking the region setting) that you have mentioned above but both Day One and Fifa 15 are not working. Can you please

Sorry to hear about the issue, I can definitely understand how frustrating that could be. Please send me a private message with the following information:

1. Gamertag you redeemed the codes on.
2. The codes that you redeemed.
3. The date you redeemed the codes.
4. Where you redeemed the codes (console or website).
5. What region you are located in.

My son has just brought the FIFA 15 Bundle, used up all of our internet allowance and 2 days downloading the game twice (failed once!). It now says that it is installed but when he goes to play it, he is taken only the to the demo!!

What is going on, there is no way he can uninstall and re install as we will not get our internet allowance renewed for another 2 weeks (thanks Microsoft !). At present we are on download speeds - at this rate it will take days.

This needs to be fixed, or at least provide customers with a disc copy!

He has checked region (as mentioned above it is correct) we have powered off the console (as per different thread suggested by Mister Quimby) - STILL NOTHING

For almost $600 I would expect much better.

So what do we do now?

These folks are just stupid do the below steps and fifa will download

1. Go to use a code and instead of using stupid kenict go 25 character code.

2.at the back of the card for fifa 15 you will find 2 serial keys launch pack and full game.

The qr code only unlocks launch pack so enter the full game serial code manually and confirm it will download immediately

i bought the bundle of fifa 15 and xbox one but al there was in the box was a code for a 14 day trial of xbox live gold, but i already have gold and i want to play fifa 15. so i called the store where i bought it but they dont know much about gaming they
thought that with gold you can buy any game for free which is complete BS but can somebody tell me what to do
