FIFA14 XBOX 360 hacked - need help of 360 LIVE Enforcement Team please

I have been directed here as my FIFA14 XBOX 360 game appears to have been hacked and I need the LIVE Enforcement Team to help.

I had a great team and cash but when I turned on my XBOX they have all disappeared and I am left with no cash and a basic team.

How can I get my team and cash back? Is it possible to trace who has hacked my account and stop this from happening in the future?

Suspension Query

I got suspended for a day for tampering and cannot get hold of any of the enforcement team i need help as my xbox 360 not my one gamerscore has been taken off me i need help.

First the enforcement team does not read these forums, so posting here will not get you in touch with them. Second, unless you gave your login details to somebody, it is almost impossible to hack someones account. You may have ended up in a modded lobby,(I
do not play FIFA so I really do not know if there are any). Unless you know exactly who took your team and cash, which obviously you do not, I do not think there is much that can be done.

You are not experiencing "mods", but cheaters that use modified Xbox 360 consoles running able to run unlicensed code.

With that they can use cheat menus that allow them to use Aimbots, wall hacks and whatnot.

However, Call of Duty is made by Activision, and it's their responsibility to prevent hacking of their game.

Every time you experience someone cheating with such hacks, please report that person with the console's reporting feature, so the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can ban those cheaters.

The enforcement team does indeed still enforce against cheating on the Xbox 360. If it takes place on the Xbox Live service. All reports are looked into to the best of the enforcement teams ability.

but all of this is incorrect, not recommended and advised against doing so. One, Support has nothing to with Policy Enforcement. Two, the only way to contact the Policy Enforcement Team is by Filing a Complaint via the Xbox 360 Console Dashboard and Xbox LIVE.

The Xbox LIVE Policy Enforcement Team does want, wish, request or need Third Party Submissions (Pictures/ Videos whatever) to either take action or decide if someone is in violation of the Terms of Use. In short, no "proof" is required. All the actual Proof
the XBL PET needs is on Xbox LIVE itself.
