fifa14 player skill increase

Hi, I was just wondering how you get the players skill increased in the game. I mean player like Messi and the rest. I have been in the transfer market and I have seen Messi with a gold background and some with him on a blue background with his skills increased.
Just wondering how you do this. Thank you.

For a level increase, they would have to add skills... If I'm not mistaken, level 81 is where you stop when all available skills are at 100. If not adding skills, then they would have to increase the skill cap over 100.

 

Having trouble leveling now that I am level 35!

It takes about 25 skill increases per level-up. So, quit using any skills that are already at 100% and start developing new skills. Also, sometime during EACH level, purchase 5 Trainings in whatever skills are weakest. Those 5 purchased skill increases are
20% of those needed for the next level-up.

 

You can't. Please put FUT or Ultimate team when you need help with FUT. Those blue backgrounds are just limited editions (Man of the Match, TOTW, TOTY, ect.)
