FIFA14 on Xbox One

Discus and support FIFA14 on Xbox One in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; On trying to sign on using my profile in FIFA 14, i get a gamer profile sign-on error after the home screen.     On trying to sign on using my profile in FIFA 14, i get a gamer profile sign-on error after the home screen.

    Redeeming a voucher/new to xbox1

    Hi, im new to the xbox one and have never had a 360 so please bare with me, I bought a brand new xboxone with fifa14.

    I setup my online which all works fine but I redeemed the fifa14 starter pack voucher yet nothing showed up on fifa14 fut. Have I done something wrong?.
