Добрый вечер!

Прошу с пониманием отнестись к моей проблеме.

Я уже несколько лет играл с ПК в игры Fifa. В частности режимы онлайн. На ПК ни когда ни каких статусов для этого не требовалось.

В августе я приобрел себе XBox 360 специально для того, чтобы играть на нем в Fifa через интернет. Естественно ни про какие статусы я ничего не знал.

И вот сейчас, когда закончилась месячная подписка к Gold статусу (была в комплекте с приставкой), Fifa 15, которую я недавно приобрел, не пускает меня в режим онлайн.

К сожалению, у меня нет финансовой возможности продлевать себе Gold статус.

В связи с чем, прошу Вас дать возможность мне игры в Fifa через интернет. Я готов удалить обе бесплатно скачанные игры, которые предоставлялись обладателю Gold статуса. Мне не нужны ни какие преимущества Gold статуса, мне нужна только полноценная игра в Fifa
15.

Возможно за меньшую плату Вы откроете мне такую возможность.

Почему тогда вот этой фразы "вы не сможете играть Xbox LIVE мультиплеер без подписки Xbox LIVE Gold" нет ни в одном описании к приставке.

Я заплатил 2590 рулей за лицензионную игру, но XBox не дает мне пользоваться всеми её возможностями. На каком основании??? Почему ни кто про это не предупреждает?

Почему я должен платить за пользование уже купленной мной игрой?

Прошу дать мне адрес, куда я могу написать претензию, чтобы мне вернули денежные средства за приставку и за игру, так как они не соответствуют заявленным возможностям!?
