Fifa wont play online???

I brought xbox one with fifa 15 so everytime I try to play online it pops up saying my profile anit got the correct permission for the feature :s????

Sorry to hear it. Can you please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps?

Everytime I start up any match in fifa 16, and either team scores the game freezes. I bought the digital version three days ago, and each install took a day.. I re installed it twice already.. I need help.

 

As you appear not being on a gold membership here at the moment, this clearly is the reason as you need an active gold membership to play online multiplayer games.

I am to experiencing this problem on the xbox 360 ive been told its privacy settings but I costomized

them to adult and voice to everyone I just cant play lobbies and any other muliplayer

I can go on the fifa catalogue only just nothing multiplayer

cyrilsneer1980 you don't seem to be on a gold membership. But a gold membership is mandatory to play online multiplayer games. And already playing with a friend online is a multiplayer match. So please get a gold membership.

Please try to redeem the code on the website and not on the console.

Xbox live gold purchased sept 14. Age seems to be fine on settings but it won't let me do anything on ultimate team or play online.

Not sure what else to try...any ideas?
