Fifa streming disconnect

Hello,

since christmas im a proud owner of a xbox one, yeah!

Now i have a problem with the streaming feature.

I always get an disconnect from my xbox and also from the ea server in Fifa after 2 minutes while playing an Fifa 16 Ultimate Team online match.

I can play offline Fut matches, the carreer mode and everything else in Fifa except an FUT online match...

I also reduced the quality to the minimum but it hasnt work.

I tried an other games. No Problems.

Does anyone know this problem and can help me?

I'm realy sad about this problem

Hi Birnenkopf,

It sounds like the issue is because you're combining streaming with playing an online game and something there is conflicting, causing the drop-out.

Does this happen with multiplayer in other games too for you, or is it limited to FIFA 16? What about other online modes in FIFA 16, do they also fail or only FUT presents this issue?

Try to not play too many multiplayer games to test this, as it might negatively impact your disconnection rating within FIFA, but I'd be interested to know if this problem is limited to FUT or other modes and games give the same errors.

So is this just happening with certain games or with any? As Destiny and Fifa are well known for disconnects.

Are you getting disconnected when you go online on FIFA, or just starting up the game?

Disconnected on start-up:

Try clearing your Xbox Cache, restarting any routers and/or modems and restart the Xbox and try again.

Disconnected on joining multiplayer game:

It could be a problem with the FIFA servers, or it could be your connection. Like above, try restarting routers/modems and trying again.
