    As long as you've filed a complaint on him, that will go directly to the enforcement team and after they have investigated the complaint they will take the appropriate action which will probably be a banning.

    Also, calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forum.

    I will not retrieve the key, i will that they block the key and maybe block the user that he will never do this again to other users. Additionally i will not pay money for the support.

    i was just scammed by gamer [Mod removed] i complained to xbox via my console what else can i do, that was a lot of money spent on fifa coins that was just taken

    Don't forget to file a complaint on the sender's profile, EA and Microsoft have been clamping down pretty hard on these scammers on this year's FIFA with bans etc.
