Fifa points

Hi guys

I purchased some fifa points earlier but I didn't receive them although I got the confirmation email saying that payment was successful.

i pressed the home button by mistake but that shouldn't of affected it should it ?

any help would be greatly appreciated

fifa point problem

purchased 2100 microsoft points with fifa 14 valued at £18.00, for in game purchases, 1575 fifa points costs 1000 microsoft points at £11.99. not enough left to get another 1575 fifa points. not fair. not right.

i want my fifa points. thats why i bought 2100 ms points.

ich habe fifa points gekauft und wollte fragen wie ich sie auf fifa 14 transverieren kann(habe beim ersten starten von fifa 14 aber schonmal points transveriert die meldung kommt aber nicht mehr)
