    FIFA Points: Purchase without understanding by child...Help!


    Dear Microsoft, My 14 year old son has purchased a range of Xbox related points for FIFA games. He did this without understanding that there were costs involved and I would like to get a refund on these purchases.
    I don't know how to go about this I have since removed the credit card connection wit the account that I was unaware was there. The orders are as follows: 6788925602, 1882874272, 2032041832, 7431093660, 8178125954, 4663945438, Total value $520.53. The products
    relate to FIFA Points account L: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** . I would appreciate some help with this issue. Regards David Johnston

    you are responcible for your own account this includes communications and purchases and actions made on the account



    you can passcode protect your account

    it prevents anyone not authorized by you to use your account without supervision



    and put your children on a familyplan and have them on controlled child accounts

    family settings are there for a reason whenever you use it or not is your choice



    if a parent wants a child not to make purchases on an child account they may edit the parental settings to prevent premium purchases (ms points or movies or any DLC without the family passcode)

    Thanks for your post! FIFA Points are available for purchase with any Payment Method on your account. This means that if you purchase a Microsoft Account Currency Gift Card, you will be able to use that balance to purchase FIFA Points.

    digital version of Fifa 19     in order to play it without a disc.
