    FIFA Points Problem


    Hello i noticed two or three times that any time i tried to buy fifa points but didnt have money in my account at the time , once my cash had came in my account i was charged for the fifa points but i didnt receive them , this has been happening since august
    and i never knew what to do about it , i dont even remember dates or times , is there anyway EA or xbox support could tell me which ones i didnt receive , I think it has been alot , the last one was around 3 weeks ago for £5.99 and at christmas time it happened
    too , basically think i might have money in my account i have tried to buy the £20 pack , when it didnt work i may have tried the £15.99 pack , if it didnt work i carried on until maybe i got the 5,99 pack , but each time i did this i was being charged and
    didnt know it because i didnt receive the points and the email didnt come thru about the payment until maybe a week later , can anyone help me claim back what im owed ??

    FYI -- We're all users just like you on here. You'll need to contact EA for charging you too much, or MS for the issue. I would start with EA and see if they can help you. I think I've heard of some issues in regards to this already. Probably stems back
    to the conversion from MS Points to Currency.

    Hi, your best bet would be to phone Xbox support, I'm sure they will be able to solve your problem or at least give you the correct info on how to claim your money or fifa points back.

    Please be sure not to bump older threads, as this particular thread is almost 2 years old. For in-game currency such as FIFA points EA will be your best point of contact. Be sure to verify the transaction was completed over on
    commerce.microsoft.com. Once you verify the transaction was completed be sure to let EA know

    fifa point problem

    All the fifa pointprices are incorrect. They have just straight transfer the US price to the UK price for example 1200 FIFAP costs 6400 MSP, 6400 MSP cost 80 USD what price do they charge us in the UK £79.99 where as it should be £49.95.

    I have spoken to EA support they are aware of this issue yet say the pricing fault is down to MS#
