FIFA points not showing

I understand you need help on your Fifa points purchased.

If you bought in-game currency such as FIFA points, and you’re not seeing them in the game, confirm your completed purchase by signing in to view your Order history.

If you see your in-game currency in your purchase history, try quitting and relaunching the game:

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

Highlight the game, but don’t select it, and then press the Menu button .

Select Quit, and then relaunch the game. After launching the game, check your in-game wallet.

If it’s been 24 hours since you’ve done the above, and you’re still not seeing your in-game currency:

You can request a refund or reach out to EA to check with them.

But most of the time, this will just eventually show up within 24 hours due to delays.

Looks like hackers used my points on FIFA 12 which I don't even own. I see that GUNKrifter gamer's card shows FIFA 12 as well. Do you own FIFA 12?

I am facing exact same issue. Bought 4,600 FIFA points, got no order receipt, but money has been reserved in my bank. I don't have multiple accounts, so that problem is out of question. If you got any luck with this, please let me know, so I can take similar actions.

Not sure if they will accept payment receipt from bank? But there is no order number, which is problematic to justify.

Anyone else know how to get their refund back if the order doesn’t show up on the Microsoft billing section. I’ve called up Microsoft Help support and they said they couldn’t do anything to refund me since they didn’t actually receive the order details.
