    Recently i brought fifa points online from game.co.uk, i entered the code it worked however didnt show up in my account. i spoke to EA who sent me to game.co.uk who said it was an xbox one code although it clearly states in the product disc either xbox one
    or xbox 360. is there any way of me getting these points into my account or have i just wasted 15.99?

    can provide code/screenshot ect..

    My brother has purchased me some FIFA points as a downloadable code from my local GAME store, I have activated the code and discovered that the points are for Fifa 16 and not Fifa 17. The points have not been used and are sitting in my account. Is there
    anyway I can transfer them for Fifa 17 points? Thanks.

    5840 MSP stolen... Microsoft answers: no one stole your points while the account was't under your control.

    It's all content for FIFA. Unfortunately there have been people taking accounts and using the points to purchase FIFA content with those accounts.

    Unfortunately you'll have to continue to try to work with phone support to have get the points back.

    Thanks for your post! FIFA Points are available for purchase with any Payment Method on your account. This means that if you purchase a Microsoft Account Currency Gift Card, you will be able to use that balance to purchase FIFA Points.

    I haven't played this game in over a month.

    honestly come to think of it that fifa really shouldn't be there at all. most of the fifa 12 activity is to do with the hacked accounts not people actually playing the game. so i guess this would be 4 if it was a legit raiting.. fifas in my recent list cause
    some d**k accessed my account and drained my points on fifa.
