FIFA points missing.

Hello.

Last night I bought a redeem code off
www.Game.co.uk for 4600 Fifa points. I went to
www.xbox.com and redeemed them, however they have not been added to my account. I originally messaged a Xbox assistant however was told to speak to EA. Then spoke to EA and told to speak to GAME however game told me that the code had been used and it must
be a Microsoft problem. I have just been through a large troubleshooting process with a Xbox assistant REF No. 1322552248.

After all this my fifa points still have not appeared. I have confirmation of purchase from Game.co.uk and I can provide the code I was given.

Id just really like to get this sorted. £30.99 is a lot of money :/.

I hope you can help me get my FIFA points back ;(

I never get the FIFA Points !

You need to contact EA. They should be able to provide you your missing points. Make sure to follow the specific instruction on this page:

I got onto Microsoft support about the same issue, and have discovered (at least for me) that I've purchased points for the xbox one version (they don't sell Fifa points for 360 anywhere except in game).

I've been advised to contact EA about the possibility of transferring them from one to the other, but haven't yet. Hope this helps!

Yeah, also Official Xbox Customer Support can't help with in-game consumables such as FIFA points. Those points can only be seen through the windows of the game makers through their servers. EA is the only group that has the ability of depositing the points
into your account upon confirming official purchase. When it comes to consumables obtained through a prepaid code, it gets a little tricky as EA can't officially get a confirmation that it went to your account and Xbox Customer Support doesn't have the ability
to do anything with FIFA points. You may need to continue to bump heads with EA.
