    FIFA Points got thru Microsoft webpage. Dont see it in companion app


    Hey, I have bought FIFA Points to Fifa18 through Microsoft webpage (shop) and everything went good but i can't see it in my companion app. Do i have to login through Xbox 1st? Can someone from support add it manually as i'm off from home and dont have access
    to my Xbox. Cheers.

    Hello all,

    I purchased FIFA points on the microsoft store on my computer and the purchase went through fine, but the points haven't shown up on the web app or companion app for the game.

    Hi Familyjukes, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    The only way to transfer your FIFA Points from FIFA 21 to FIFA 22 is by logging in to FIFA 22 on your console or PC. You can’t transfer your FIFA Points from FIFA 21 to FIFA 22 using the FUT Web or Mobile Companion Apps. Log in to FIFA 22 on your console or PC to transfer your FIFA Points, then you’ll see them on the apps.

    The first time you log in to FIFA 22 on your console or PC, you’ll see a pop-up that gives you the option to transfer your FIFA Points.

    You first have to login to your FIFA game on your xbox for to points to get active.

    After that you can use them on your companion app.
