Fifa points error

    hello, i'm mad at the moment because i failed. I bought for 35 euros 4600 fifa points but in fifa 16.....

    It's possible to swap it in fifa 18 points ? I'll don't use it. I don't have fifa 16 .....

    why they 're still selling **** fifa 16 points ....

    When i bought 1575 Fifa points (bonus 75 Fifa points) for the second time it wouldn't let me and said error. But when i bought less Fifa points it worked. Can anyone tell me why, much appreciated .

    Unfortunately you can not swap In-Game Currency however you can contact EA and they might be able to give you a refund.

    When you say there is money, are you saying you received the point, or got charged and did not receive the points?

    Also, where are you seeing that error code? Is it an Xbox error code, or a FIFA error code?
