    Fifa not loading Ruined my sons Christmas


    hi brought my son a xbox one for Christmas. What a waste of money he can't use it cause the only game he wanted was fifa 18 and it never loads. How can you charge 100's of pounds for this set up, to be this poor at performance. What can I do ? Tryed everything
    seen other people with same problem and doesnt sound like microsoft want to help slove the problem. Will be looking to get a refund if I don't get any help .

    Day One Xbox - Disk Drive Issue.

    I also am having the same problem with a brand new xbox one. Get it all setup and no disc will work. Nothing I put in it will recognize. This is a great Christmas present that Microsoft has ruined. My son is so disappointed. This is pityful for a company
    to put a product out that everyone is having problems with and has ruined my sons Christmas. Thanks alot.

    Hey there! The problem seems to be fixed now but there was an EA wide server issue problem.
