Fifa download issues

hello all. My son got an Xbox one today and experienced some issues when downloading fifa 15 with a code. The download wouldn't progress past 19% and now appears to have completely disappeared from the queue. How do I get this back and complete the
download?

Fifa 14 Installation Stopped

I was Downloading fifa 14 last night and it went to about 48%, i decided to go to bed and turned the xbox off. Ive now woken up to find my fifa saying it cant install because of connection issues i have. The only problem is i can download everything else,
just not the rest of my fifa download. Any help would be great thanks.

Launching games kicks me back to home screen problem.

This happens to me on DR3, it's unplayable now. That's a physical game, I've also got the FIFA download and don't have any issues with that.

Sorry to hear it. Have your son head to My Games & Apps and scroll all the way to the right until he sees Ready to Download. The game should be listed there for him to start the download again.

Hi there,

I suggest doing a power cycle of your console. After doing so, go to
My Games & Apps, highlight FIFA 14 (assuming it shows up), hit the menu button, and install the game. If it only gives you the
uninstall option, do that, then start from step 1 and repeat and hit
install.

Since you used a code, you can also look for the game in the Store, and hit
install.

They've recently changed the way preorders are handled through the store. Since you paid with a bank card, you won't be charged until about 10 days before the game is released. Since you haven't been charged yet, that may be why it hasn't downloaded.
