    how do I connect fifa companion on my phone and fifa on xbox one? I entered my username and password in the companion that I use when I log in to the xbox but I get an error

    hello my name isn’t Nathan jones. I have just bought some fifa pints on the Xbox app on my phone in which I spent 20 pounds on. However I have just gone on the Fifa 18 companion app to spend these Fifa points but they are not showing I was wondering why

    Bought Fifa points but not showing when I go on the game

    You first have to login to your FIFA game on your xbox for to points to get active.

    After that you can use them on your companion app.

    The only way to transfer your FIFA Points from FIFA 21 to FIFA 22 is by logging in to FIFA 22 on your console or PC. You can’t transfer your FIFA Points from FIFA 21 to FIFA 22 using the FUT Web or Mobile Companion Apps. Log in to FIFA 22 on your console or PC to transfer your FIFA Points, then you’ll see them on the apps.

    The first time you log in to FIFA 22 on your console or PC, you’ll see a pop-up that gives you the option to transfer your FIFA Points.
