    Just to clarify, are you referring to a code for FIFA 16 that should have been included with the purchase of an Xbox One console? If so, I recommend reaching out to the original purchase retailer regarding the missing code. Thanks!

    Yeah I bought the console pack that included fifa 16 and ea access for a month- ea access code was there but fifa 16 wasn't. Surely the original purchase retailer has nothing to do with it, people in xbox must have forgotten to include it

    New Xbox digital - how to down load fifa

    When Fifa part of the bundle then it must be a card with the code in the box.

    If the code is missing then the bundle was opened.

    MS dose not preload games to consoles. Only nintendo does.
