    Hey

    Yesterday I bought Fifa 23 on Microsoft market on my xbox series s, it was said to be Fifa 23 ultimate edition for xbox one & series xs (it said in includes fifa 23 standard edition for series x|s).

    Once I started downloading it said Fifa 23 standard edition xbox one. I tried to play with my friends that has Fifa on Pc and PS5, but I guess the problem is I bought the wrong game? Why would store sell game for Xbox one? Is there any way to fix this?

    xbox series s and x are crossplay with pc, xbox one is not as stated in all of EA's documentation, they stated that xbox one and ps4 are not crossplay with pc but they are with each other, only those on pc, xbox series s/x and ps5 are fully crossplay, this is why you cannot invite each other.

    You have installed the game version, if you purchased the FIFA 23 ULTIMATE EDITION XBOX ONE & XBOX SERIES X|S you will be able to install both games.

    Simply search FIFA 23 XBOX SERIES X|S on your Xbox Series S to install the correct version.

    Hello Aman, sorry to hear you're having trouble with connecting to your friend.

    Although crossplay is available for players from the Series X/S to PS5 I'm afraid that does not include playing with people on PC or older Xbox consoles. For FIFA 22 you're pretty much limited to the same generation consoles.
