Fifa 23 ultimate edition not working

I pre ordered FIFA 23 ultimate edition and pre installed both versions of the game a day before the early access is supposed to come out I get the 10 hour trial. Then I went of it with less than 8 hours left at midnight to check if I could just go into the ultimate edition but when I go on it it says I need to validate my ea subscription even though I have Xbox game pass ultimate I then checked my billing history and it says I paid for the game with my bank details but it says declined so I don’t understand how I’ve paid money but it says declined i don’t know what to do I can’t finish the 10 hour trial and when I go onto the Xbox one version of the game it says to play this you must own even I paid for it and have it installed.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

First, make sure that you're seeing the game order stated as "completed" and it should be the FIFA 23 Ultimate. Once confirmed, simply perform a powercycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Also, please note that you'll see the Standard edition icon but you'll still have the Ultimate Edition for your game.

Yes we both have the ultimate edition fifa 23 he searched his friends on my PS5 and they play on XBOX and they appeared when he put them in
