    Hey Team,

    I was told it's good to leave a feedback here since Xbox devs are looking at posts here.

    Since launch of FIFA 22 on XSS version we have huge issue with resolution. Game looks so blurry and like scaled from 480p to native resolution. Personally I've got display with 4k (I know it's scaled on that console) and I've tried every resolution option with no effect. 100% of players are affected with that issue, and EA doesn't do anything to fix it, and we already had 2 title updates where big and small problems with game has been fixed, but ours not.

    That's why we are trying to raise an alarm towards you since game is still advertised as X|S series optimized, and every new player has so bad experience with game which results in EA forums spam with that.     As you see those only 3 threads have almost 350 pages of replies from mad players. We know it's on trello here https://trello.com/c/tPApPL68/178-xbox-series-s-reduced-visual-fidelity-impacting-some-players but nothing has been done beside putting that issue there, we assume it as smokescreen from EA.

    That is why we players ask you for help from your side, we can't play game released in 2k21 that looks like from 2008, it's unacceptable to be treat like that (no offence towards you), all we want is play normal looking game after one month of release...

    So, I did hear of this resolution issues on the FIFA 22, but not in FIFA 21. :/

    Actually, the FIFA 22 I believe the issue lies on the trial, and those issues would be fixed through an update by EA to the Series consoles. Because those issues are also happening on the Series X.

    Videogames aren't technicaly perfect and never will....

    The only thing that change,is now gamers can show bugs and discuss about it over internet.This is one of the reasons it seems that every games are release unfinished,broken,ect...

    Between Pong and Halo' launch,a lot of games were release with bugs,glitches,.....And sometimes you got "lucky" enough to not have issues with a game.

    So, did you test the trial actually, right? Because the game is not out yet. And also, did you purchase the Series S|X version of it, right?

    I did hear a lot of gamers complaining about this same issue with the series S|X optimized graphics.
