Hello PhillipRees, in your description it was not very clear if you acquired Fifa for the new generation the Series S and X.

However I don't know which version of Fifa bought, but the version that comes with the two generations is the Ultimate Edition.

Hello I've spoken to fifa & they have said to contact you due to purchasing this from Xbox Microsoft this is Ur issue due to being a regular customer I'm very upset with the communication and help set it place buying this product days ago & still not received what I paid for, If my situation don't get solved ASAP before the one to watch pack gets realised I will be social media complaining due to this situation & expect a valid email regarding this as soon as possible! Very disappointed with Microsoft Xbox

I've tried all these following things, I can't delete the game & restart as will lose all my content players plus I've tried ur live support & submitted for phone calls which stated a 3 min wait this was half hour ago and not received nothing within the last 2 hours I've requested numourous calls & still not received nothing & very disappointed with this. There is no communication on ur live support & nobody getting back to me

Alright then, would you please try removing your account as well as reinstalling the game then check again. Also, as suggested above, please try attempting the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the FIFA's official page. If non of the above solutions fixed the issue, please consider contacting our live support as they will be able to check your account from their end to verify whether you have the points on your account or not.
