fifa 21 punch cards

i literally just purchased fifa 21 to receive the 6k Microsoft points but everytime i go onto the punch card it just takes me back to the store to purchase the game again. anyone know how to fix this??

Did you activate the punchcard before you made the purchase? It should automatically have tracked the purchase if you did.

If you did activate it and it's not showing it as completed, it may take a little bit to update, but you'll want to contact Microsoft
Rewards support if it doesn't.

You have to purchase it during the offer period for the punchcard. If you purchased it before that, your purchase would not be eligible.

That's a bit silly isn't it? So I miss out for buying the game early 😕

Can confirm I have the same issue. Looks like the date range in the description is in June. This might be why the card isn't recognising the completion.
