FIFA 21 PRE ORDER ISSUE

I buy by preorder FIFA 21 in august 13 2020, tomorrow Octuber 6 is the release date of the game, and today is Octuber 5 and i still didnt receive any charge of the game and when i check the Payment Status it says Pending, it supposed to be charged 10
days before the release date, i think i will not have my game tomorrow. Is not fare.

They told me today that they dont have a deadline to fix the bug it means that tomorrow maybe we cannot have access to the game even if we pre order the game.

Same thing is happening to me. They told me i will be charge on 23:59 time just before it wil lunch

I pre order the game with my debit card and it supposed to charge me 10 days before the release date and tomorrow is the release of the game and i think we will not have access to the game, i already contact Costumer Support via Phone Call and Chat and
they ignore the problem. No solution for nothing.. i have my receipt and everything

Same thing here no answer from xbox about my order. This is riduculous

Also not sure if i been charged or not game is released and lets me load in ye the status in order history says preorder and my Microsoft account still has £67 in now if i haven't been charged hope they correct it cos the temptation to load up fifa points is
killing me 😂
