Fifa 21 Game share

I have purchase Fifa 21 Ultimate Edition and i game share with a friend.

I have full access to the game, 3 days early access and bonus packs etc.

However my friend has no access to the game, its not even showing as purchased on his account. This has never happened before.

Is it a case of him not getting access for a further 3 days? Or, has the game sharing failed in some way?

Pre-order perks are only available for the account that purchased the game. Once the game has been released, he should have access to the game.

I installed FIFA 21 and same thing happened. Xbox shut down at FIFA 21’s loading screen.

I would try to report it to EA directly since Microsoft won't be able to do much about it.

Hi,

If you wanted FIFA 21 for PC only then you'll need to request a refund as you've purchased the Xbox version of the game. That's why there is no download option.

PC FIFA 21 can only purchased via EA's PC online store or via Steam.

On a PC. trying to download FIFA 21 or any other game and it stays at 0% and shows this error.
