Fifa 21 free trial

I have pre-ordered Fifa 21 with EA play to access the free trial for my son. However, from hi account he can access the game but not the free trial as it keeps telling him that he needs ea play but we already have it, on the parental account.

How does he access the free trial on his own account so that his progress continues when the actual game is released?

Make sure the console you are playing on is the "home" console. or make sure that your account is also logged in. My son uses my EA Play games all the time on his profile, but the one he plays on is my "home" console.

We only have the one console. If he logs into my account he can access the trial but when he tries on his own account, it doesn't let him as it says he doesn't have ea access. I don't see how he can get it though, on the child account as you need the parent
to order it??

In the same boat as you. Ordered FIFA 21 points through the Microsoft store on PC and they refuse to show up on the trial or Web App. Hope this is fixed soon.

Hello again, we received some information about Fifa, and yes depending on the version you bought you will have access to the 10 hours trial on the 27th.

But the time that will be available varies from region to region.

I saw that. Between the 14 day trial in the box, and that 7 day trial, I'm looking at 21 days of free Live! maybe BF4 will get me another week too
