    on fifa 21 trial launch, I bought FIFA Points and haven't been given them, when trying to buy them on the game it says the store is down, so I bought them from the Microsoft Store instead, which worked, but hasn't given me my points, EA say its a Microsoft
    problem because I bought them from their store...its been 8 hours+ and haven't got any.

    HOW DO I TRNSFER FIFA 21 POINTS TO FIFA 22

    Hi Familyjukes, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    The only way to transfer your FIFA Points from FIFA 21 to FIFA 22 is by logging in to FIFA 22 on your console or PC. You can’t transfer your FIFA Points from FIFA 21 to FIFA 22 using the FUT Web or Mobile Companion Apps. Log in to FIFA 22 on your console or PC to transfer your FIFA Points, then you’ll see them on the apps.

    The first time you log in to FIFA 22 on your console or PC, you’ll see a pop-up that gives you the option to transfer your FIFA Points.

    In the same boat as you. Ordered FIFA 21 points through the Microsoft store on PC and they refuse to show up on the trial or Web App. Hope this is fixed soon.

    Thanks for your reply. I checked, and I have indeed purchased fifa points for fifa 20 instead of 21. Now I feel stupid! I don't suppose you or anyone else knows of a way to transfer these to fifa 21?. If not, I'll just put it down to experience. Thanks.
