    Hi,

    I recently bought Fifa 21 ultimate edition from www.bol.com for xbox series x but when i try to activate the code i get this issue :

    Contact who you got this code from. We can't redeem it.

    www.bol.com is a well known Belgian site and i bought many things from here in the past.

    I don't know what to do....

    Yes, I have tried everything. I uninstalled previoulsy downloaded Fifa 21 and installed it again from the store (after purchasing another fifa 21) with my son's account. But it is not still working. This is very stressful after all this time and money spent.
