Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this could be pretty discouraging. If you had legit bought the game, then I would recommend

removing and redownloading the profile from and back to the console.

When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if it positively affected the situation.

I installed FIFA 21 and same thing happened. Xbox shut down at FIFA 21’s loading screen.
