    agree, Sometimes that's a weird bug that comes up. Make sure you do a hard reset by holding down the power button on the console.

    No. There is no FIFA 22/23 for Xbox 360. The last FIFA title for the 360 was FIFA 19. The last PES was PES 2018.

    Only Xbox 360 games work on a 360.

    That would be something you would have to work out with the retailer. Since the game was not purchased from Microsoft, they would not be able to do anything.
