FIFA 2017 pre-paid code problem

Greetings!

I need help with the following:

On 8th february we activated a FIFA 2017 pre-paid code (it was bundled with the the XBox one S) on the xbox.com

page. The account that was used is valid, it has valid XBox Live subscription too.

The problem is that the game is not present in the game library, nor in the 'ready to install' library, nor in the install queue.

I've checked the purchase history in the related menu of the xbox and on the xbox.com page of the account and the 'my game' list of the latter, but it's not present anywhere.

The code can't be used again, upon entering it a 'code was already used' message appears.

This account has a parental supervisor account, this supervisor account received an email:

How can we solve this problem?

FIFA POINTS

I purchased 4,600 fifa points via a pre paid code. I've redeemed the code but it hasnt worked. The 4,600 fifa points have not been added on to my ultimate team. Please help!

i upload fifa 17 with a pre paid code

it uploaded well but when i launch it , the progression stop at the upload step and so i can't plau with

i try to delete and reload again it s the same problem
