I apologize but there is no option to transfer points from one account to another but you can definitely buy an Xbox Gift Card for his account in that way he can buy the FIFA points directly on his account.

Yeah there has been numorous FIFA Streets, I don't like them at all, and the only good FIFA's have been 98, 99, 2002, 2009, the rest are carbage, and I'm a big football fan

The only way to transfer your FIFA Points from FIFA 21 to FIFA 22 is by logging in to FIFA 22 on your console or PC. You can’t transfer your FIFA Points from FIFA 21 to FIFA 22 using the FUT Web or Mobile Companion Apps. Log in to FIFA 22 on your console or PC to transfer your FIFA Points, then you’ll see them on the apps.

The first time you log in to FIFA 22 on your console or PC, you’ll see a pop-up that gives you the option to transfer your FIFA Points.

No. You cannot join Xbox LIVE Gamertags. Unless recovered that gamertag with the Windows Email details to Xbox LIVE and
then paid the 800 Microsoft Points to change the 2002 Gamertag to something else, and then paid another 800 Microsoft Points ot change your current gamertag to the old one.

But all that would achieve would just be changing your gamertag to your old gamertag and that is all. Nothing else would be transfered from your 2002 Gamertag to your 2012 Gamertag, like Xbox LIVE Tenture (number of years on Xbox LIVE). That would all remain
on the recovered 2002 Gamertag.

EA Support that explains how you access your packs. As the link I provided yesterday advises, if you purchased your game digitally, that content is automatically added and you do not get a code for them. If you continue to experience issues with in-game
