FIFA 20 will not download and install

I bought FIFA 20 Digital.

It will only install until about 2gb. Then it stops.

I can restart but it only installs a 100mb or so then stops again.

Other games install fine.

Ive tried internal and external drives

Ive also tried on my 2nd Xbox

Ive deleted and started again, t several times. Very first attempt got to 38gb.

Its ridiculous that i cannot call or chat to support about this issue? If not them who can i contact?

The servers are connected. If EA servers have a problem, also Microsoft has one.

No i haven't but presumably the game doesn't download from their servers. It must download from Microsoft store/servers

Hi man,

actully got the very same problem...the first attemp I got luckier and arrived to an 80% but of course than I had to cancel it...have you gotten any responses from Xbox support/Ea?

Yes, i went to my order history and i saw that i really purchased the fifa.

In addition I didn't see that the button for installing the game only to buy it.
