Thanks for coming to the forums. We recommend first check the game itself. Usually things like this are needed to be installed. Go to my games and apps, highlight the game. Then press the start/menu button. Go to manage game then ready to install. If they
are not there then they will show up in game. If they don't you will need to reach out to EA.

Thanks for that. Turns out I should have preordered before 5th Aug to get a one to watch player, but neither of us knew this. I’m not a popular Mum with my son right now. He’s gutted as was asking me to do it from July, and I’m feeling ripped off as I
didn’t know there was this time limit on a game that didn’t come out til end Sept. Either way it was still pre-ordered and the same [Mod Removed - Profanity] price. 🙈😡
