FIFA 20 Ultimate Edition

I get my player packs every week, but cant get my “one to watch” player. Not sure where I’m going wrong. Anyone else had issues?

Thanks for that. Turns out I should have preordered before 5th Aug to get a one to watch player, but neither of us knew this. I’m not a popular Mum with my son right now. He’s gutted as was asking me to do it from July, and I’m feeling ripped off as I
didn’t know there was this time limit on a game that didn’t come out til end Sept. Either way it was still pre-ordered and the same [Mod Removed - Profanity] price. 🙈😡

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you preordered FIFA 20, but you do not have access to the game. You must preorder the

Champions Edition or the
Ultimate Edition in order to gain early access. The
standard edition does not give you access to the game until 9/26/2019. Which version of the game did you preorder? Does the transaction appear to be completed on

your order history? Do you see the
license for the game applied to your account? Be sure to let us know the results!

So if i pre order fifa 20 ultimate edition on my xbox, will i get the packs and the early access or will the console that has my home xbox get the benefits?
